Gillian Nish

She has sat on many boards including the Board of Directors for the Chamber, YWCA, the U of L Faculty of Management Advisory Board, 5th on 5th Youth Advisory council, as the Chair of the Lethbridge Community Futures and was one of the founding members of the Chinook Entrepreneur Challenge and so many more!
She is appreciated for her optimistic perspective and her honest approach and her expertise in business. In her downtime, you will find her at home enjoying a good book or movie, or visiting family and friends at the cabin….if you’re really lucky you will find her on a karaoke stage singing her heart out!
Her motto is “it takes twenty years to be an overnight success”
Darlene Raven
Darlene Raven joined the execuserv team as the administrative assistant in June of 2014. She is the first point of contact for execuserv plus inc. and she greets everyone with a smile! Aside from being the BEST administrative assistant ever, she is responsible for making sure we all know where we are supposed to be and what we are supposed to be doing.
She also makes sure our paperwork is filed and our bills are paid. She does it all. She is revered by Self-employment program participants and facilitators alike. Those students appreciate being able to approach her with any questions they might have, and describe her as being not only warm and friendly but also efficient and willing to go the extra mile. She is also here for the public to answer any questions or book appointments and training room rentals.
When Darlene is not in the office, she can likely be found in the mountains camping with her husband, Bandt, and her sweet dog, Annie, gardening or chatting with one of her many siblings.
Her motto is “Make everyone feel like they’re number one.”
Heather Woods
Having joined the execuserv team in January, 2019 as the Program Coordinator, she comes to us with over sixteen years in the human services industry and a desire to help people meet their full potential. Her experience working with a diverse population and her teamwork approach has been greatly appreciated as we adapt to the changing needs of our participants.
As the program co-coordinator, Heather is responsible for meeting with potential clients and completing assessments to determine eligibility for the self-employment program. She liaises with government agencies and manages client issues as needed. She also attends events and provides presentations to the community about the self-employment program.
On her days off she can be found spending time with family and/or friends, out in nature, or hanging out with her big ridiculous OE Sheepadoodle, Mabel.
Heather’s motto is, “Your life is your message…”
